Anyways, how's everyone spending their summer?

Well I'm spending June and July working and taking a Psychology course. This week I had off for my sister's wedding and in July I have a few days off to go to an anime convention about 3-4 hrs away. Other than that, school, work, repeat. And then August will be just work...until I go back to school (college.)

4 days into summer, I was t-boned on my way to work. My own car crushed me, and my left deltoid was torn and I went into shock. My boss is treating me like I got in the accident on purpose, my fiance's boss is being a raging psycho since she bought her business from her mommy (like...2-3 months ago), etc. D:< LKJFASDFJSADFLKJDF

My summer sucks so far.

I'm really sorry to hear that Valerntine. Best of luck to you (in your recovery especially) and your fiancee! (In the darkest times, you can always turn to each other.)

@Adminassassin Dang. Your summer is pretty much planned out. I still don't know half of what I'll be doing. I figured some time alone and away from my friends in real life will help me clear up my mind.

Sorry to hear that Valentine. It's funny how people get a little privilege/power and it goes to their head. Your boss is crazy if s/he thinks you got into an accident on purpose. sigh.

For me, my summer is about to begin. I've got my final exam this Wednesday and then I'm done school. I've also got a Diver License test this Friday. Wish me luck~

Thanks people folk. I've actually been off for a month of recovery, and all the swelling has gone down. I'm thinking about quitting my job. I reported my employer for some of the crap he's tried to pull in the last month, and now that I'm about ready to go back to work, I'm pretty sure he's just scheduled me to work 2 hours this week.

soaring_wings, you're right about that! Not only is my boss guilty of bending the rules to see how much he can gain, my fiance's boss is the same way. The moment she got the business, she's went from being a jealous nutter to being a tyrannical nutter.

Wow, they do both sounds like nutters. Hope that theres some kind of intervention or something so that you get an acceptable amount of work.

I saw my doctor yesterday, and he gave me more time off from work. That's over a month on recovery leave so far. :O Now to start physical therapy.

Sounds really fun. My gf and I would love to have a vacation and go to the beach but we're at that part where the parents wouldn't approve (AKA we're not married, lol) and neither of us can get off work any time soon for it.

You can always go to your local beach right? Forget the vacation. What matters is that you spend time with someone you care about.

We live in the Midwest. We don't have a local beach. T.T

But yes, time together is the best, and whats important.

I'd go to the beach but the weather here sucks. It drizzled today and yesterday but it's warm. Perfect mosquito weather.

Sorry, it's just after living in a seaside town all your life, you don't often realize how much of a luxury holiday/trip a Beach visit can be for some people. Like I said, it's the spoiled part of me.

Ouch, unlucky. I can say the same for weather over here half the time. Where exactly in Canada do you live?

I miss living closer to the beach. D: I actually managed to go to the beach on Friday though. It was quite fun.

I live in a city in Alberta.
It hailed today. It's ridiculous.

It rained almost all weekend where I live.
It kicked butt though because I got off from work early and got to shoot fireworks off and other fun adventures.
