New Details Emerge Regarding Pokemon Black And White

Over the last couple of days, Nintendo have released new information regarding the next entries in the Pokemon series thanks to CoroCoro Magazine. Firstly, there was the new Starter Pokemon for this game, whose designs have come under some criticism from fans. The usual Fire, Water and Grass types remain and currently go by their Japanese names of Pokabu, Mijimuru and Tsutjara respectively.


Since then, the official Japanese website for the games has also been updated, and it contains information regarding the new Region. This new region will be called Lishu and will be set far away from any other Pokemon region we’ve come across in previous games so far and will mix Nature with a Megalopolis.


As with all major games right now, with E3 only one month away, expect more details rather soon.

I'm not arguing here as they're definitely poor designs this time around, the best one being the Pig if I had to choose.

It's been dubbed "Hamferno" on NL.

And yeah, awful design. My interest is waning.

Starter designs are awful, but the character designs are actually really good this time around and the characters are suppose to be older as well. Serebii has some concept art for the characters up. Also the world looks very distinct so I'm liking it so far.

And the pig looks the weirdest to me :/
Some thing about his ears just makes me cringe. The grass starter is definitely the best looking of the three. The water starter is definitely a bit odd but in a cute and endearing way. xD

The female trainer's hair is pretty wicked.

New Video has emerged about Pokemon Black and White. It's a clip from Pokemon Sunday (That Japanese Pokemon Show) and it contains some battle footage, which I like the look of.
