Sims 3 Home Console Ports Announced
Earlier Today, EA have announced that Sims 3, the 3rd major entry in the popular series created by Will Wright, will finally make it’s way over to the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and Nintendo DS. Released on the PC last year, Sims 3 to very positive reviews.
These won’t be straight ports however, as the console versions will have new features added to them, varying between each version. For starters, the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions will contain a large focus on online play, as well as introducing a “Karma System”.
The Wii Version will contain a new beach resort town that contains new people, new jobs and also incorporates some “Adventure Quests” that were included with the “World Adventures” PC Expansion pack and also contains an online mode called “Life Moments”. The DS Version will be largely different, as it will contain a story mode instead and users will be able to create homes using the stylus.
No release dates have been announced right now for any console version.

A fair trade I guess.
I'd go for the Xbox360 or PS3 version.
Online gaming is always fun.

So with confirmation of online modes for the Wii version, I'm hyped. Now let's hope EA Sports doesn't mess up the port.
