What books are you currently reading?

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - good stuff.

I don't know if this counts because it's a short story but "The Loons" by Margaret Laurence.

After this, we're reading "The Crucibles" (sp?) next.

I'm currently reading Siddhartha in English class. It's not half bad actually.

Oh it's funny that you guys mentioned being forced to read Twilight because that's exactly what happened to me. My best friend loves it and went out and got the first two books for me. I read the first book but I haven't started the second. It's so meh. Probably more to do with my personal preferences regarding heroines than romance because I do read romance. Which brings me to my next topic. I recently started rereading Pride and Prejudice. God I love that book. hehe.
I went into obsession mode yesterday and watched the whole BBC mini series. It was so good and pretty faithful to the book. I dare say it is my favourite version of Pride and Prejudice even though I really like Kira Knightly as Elizabeth. Firth is a really good Darcy though. Oh boy, I think I may have gone into fangirl mode. Don't mind me....
