I already know a couple of people here and know their stance on The World Ends With You, but I don't know all of you, and to determine how much I can actually like you (lol), I'd like to know how much your like it. >:3

I myself absolutely love this game... Bleeds a sick style and I empathize with Neku so completely and enjoy the entire cast to pieces. Not a dull character in the game imo, and the story is pretty rockin' as well, not to mention the music. I...I listen to the soundtrack like every day... ^__^;

I need to go through it again.

It's one of those games, similar to Assassin's Creed that I'm playing now, that I have a love-hate relationship with. I loved many aspects of it, like the story, style, music, and touch screen gameplay but I also hated toher aspects, like the top-screen gameplay and some of the fetch quests and difficulty spikes.

It's not a game for everyone but it's definately worth a look for most gamers.

i really enjoyed it until i misplaced my copy of it
when i got a new copy of it, i got bored with it and never actually finished it

Low replay value? I don't think so. It's my most played DS game by far (exluding pokemon games).

The dual screen gameplay took awhile to get used to but once you get it all down, it's really addicting (to me atleast).

The soundtrack = eargasm.

The ONLY thing I didn't like about the game is that you can only have 1 file per catridge. I'm not going to hunt down another copy. These babies are hard to find.

TWEWY was the ray of hope from SE. I thought the company was dry of all creativity, but nope, they actually managed to put together a stylish, unique, and fun game without having to put FF or DQ on the label. I love FF and DQ, but I just wish SE would try something new -and Japanese (none of this Nier business!)- as well.

Alright that's enough negativity from me. (I hope I didn't just open a can of worms, I did, didn't I)

Back to TWEWY: I really liked it. Characters started out a bit obnoxious but they actually grew on me and I came to like all of them. The battle system was a bit hectic, but I got the hang of it after awhile. And yes I agree with Donth8, there is lots of replay value because of the secret reports and getting 100%.

well, lemme rephrase what i said about replay value...

i didn't complete the game, i misplaced my copy while i was on the 5th week
i got another copy, and since i already knew the storyline and what to do, it got exceedingly boring to me so i put it down

if i were to pick it up again i may enjoy it as much as i did when i first started playing, but for now, i'm still gonna take a hiatus... i've other games to play atm...
