Worst movies ever
Like the title suggests. Some of my "favorite" ones include the infamous Troll 2, Robowar, Strike Commando and Beastmaster. 2 /sarcasm at the favorite part

I want to see The HUman Centipede and MegaShark just to see if they are as horrifyingly gross/awful as they sound.Donth8 wrote:The Room, The Human Centipede, Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus to name a few.

And I also thought Inception was overrated. Great effects, but merely good. IMO.

The Bounty Hunter.
I don't know what possessed me to watch this, I guess I thought it was going to be funny, which it wasn't. It was pretty offensive at times even. Definitely one of the worse movies I've ever had the displeasure to watch.
Mama Mia.
It isn't bad per se, but definitely not interesting. Just seemed like a generic chick flick (throw in all the tropes of the genre you can get seemed to be what the writer and director were trying to do rather than write/direct something with some substance). I went to see it with my mom because she grew up on Abba, but man, we were both disappointed.
Because of the last string of uninteresting hollywood movies, I've basically not watched something in some time unless it's a novel to movie adaptation or a child's movie. Hollywood seems to be creatively bankrupt. It's all stupid romances with no depth or CGI action flicks.

I was just kidding on Inception really. That MegaShark film... I refuse to watch as that's also a film by the Asylum and considering their reputation for ripping off major blockbusters really badly, I just won't watch it.
As for Human Centipede, did any of you guys hear that the sequel got banned in the UK? It's incredibly rare to see films get banned in the UK, the last one being for a Japanese film called Grotesque back in 2009 and other than that, there are very few films still banned here by the BBFC.

Yeah I heard that got banned, thats surprising. I usually fall into the anti-censorship role but this isnt a movie I'd ever consider seeing. I'm all for horror films but I also want to "enjoy" the film to some degree, not endure it.

Folks, if you want to hear about some unheard, rare bootleg stuff that is total garbage, of course, then head to the SpoonyExperiment!

Funny you should put Audition as a counter to "torture porn," as that's right where I'd put it, although its more intelligent than most such "tp."
(I really liked Saw 1 though.)

Re: Worst movies ever
Perhaps that was the wrong term, I was thinking of the more Gory stuff when I wrote that. You don't reallly see much in terms of that in Audition iirc

Bladerunner....how does anyone like this film? The action is only in the last 20 minute section and the story is never clear on what is happening...I know they have immortals int he film but you wouldn't think it they way they were executed...
The Highlander filoms were better then this...
@ Soaring Wings: Mamma Mia was on at the same time as Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging and I somehow wanted to watch the latter over the former....maybe it was because British Films have comedy in it but I should watch MM sometime.

Not big on that one myself, and you think I would, since I love sci-fi and Harrison Ford....as an actor.

Oh, I've read the book (Angus, Thongs and Full Frontal Snogging) and it was hilarious! I'm inclined to say it's the better of the two. I wouldn't watch Mama Mia unless you actually like Abba music and don't mind generic chick flick.
